Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Quick and easy this is a healthy breakfast kiddos will go crazy for. These would be great to have on hand for an after school snack too. Yummy!

Ingredients

1 c
shredded coconut-no sugar added
1 c
instant oats
1
bananas
1/4 c
strawberry jelly
2 Tbsp
peanut butter

Directions Step-By-Step

In a medium bowl smash banana. Add all ingredients except peanut butter- mix together. Once mixed spray muffin tin with Pam. Put a few spoon full's in 6 of the tins till all is out of the bowl.
Put peanut butter in a plastic zip lock and cut small hole in bottom. Put a small amount on each muffin. Refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours.
