baking soda

non-fat butter milk
2 Tbsp
butter

LIGHTLY SPOON FLOUR INTO A DRY MEASURING CUP; LEVEL WITH KNIFE. COMBINE THE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM BOWL, STIRRING WITH A WISK.
