1 c
steel cut oatmeal
4 c
water

apples, finely chopped
2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
nutmeg
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
brown sugar (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

combine everything in a two quart crock pot, stir and allow to cook on low for 8-9 hours.

stir oats until everything is combined and oatmeal is creamy.

pour into bowls and top with desired toppings, such as brown sugar, nuts or fresh berries.
