As I was about to make pancakes for our Sunday breakfast, My daughter asked me to make Cream of Wheat Pancakes this time.
She had eaten them at a restaurant once and enjoyed them.
I found a recipe at Allrecipes. com and they turned out well. I hope you will enjoy them.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
instant cream of wheat
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1 1/4 c
milk
1/2 c
sour cream

egg
1 tsp
vanilla
1/4 c
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together flour, cream of wheat,sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl.
Whisk together the milk, sour cream,vegetable oil, egg and vanilla in a separate bowl.

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, carefully.
Heat a large skillet that has been sprayed with cooking oil over medium heat.

Make pancakes the size of your choice and cook them until lightly browned, flipping once.
