|1 c||skim milk|
|2 large||egg whites|

DirectionsPlace egg whites in small mixer bowl with the salt and beat until stiff peaks form- set aside.
Place cottage cheese and milk in blender and whirl at high speed until mixture is creamy.Scrape down sides of container. add flour and soda. Whirl only until creamy and blended.
Pour into beaten egg whites and fold in evenly.
Pour batter on heated griddle or waffle iron; turn when bubbled and steam has stopped. 1 to 2 minutes on each side. 33 calories each.
