Ingredients

1 c
flax seed meal
1/2 c
whey protein
3 Tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 c
splenda for baking
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
unsweetened coconut milk
2 large
eggs, lightly beaten
4 Tbsp
butter
2 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 2-3 minutes.

3Spray a 12 muffin pan with non-stick spray. Spoon batter evenly into muffin tins. Bake 25-30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
