ORANGE RASPBERRY FRENCH TOAST

- 2/3 c
- orange juice
- 1/2 c
- frash or frozen raspberries thawed
- 3 Tbsp
- powderd sugar
- 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon
- 8 slice
- bread, white or wheat
- 2 Tbsp
- butter divided
1Combine eggs, orange juice, powdered sugar, and cinnamon in container of electric blender. Blend well.
2Pour egg mixture into a shallow container.
3Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture coating well on both sides.
4Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet. Fry 4 slices bread slices until golden brown on each side.
5Repeat procedure with remaining butter and bread
6Lightly sprinkle with powderd sugar and raspberries.
