Nuts Granola Fruit Yogurt

- 6-8 oz
- light or fat free yogurt: 80-100 calories usually
- 1/2 c
- or 1 serving of your favorite granola
- serving of your favorite nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts etc.
- combination of any of the following fresh fruits: pineapple, peaches, nectarines, blackberries, blueberies, strawberries, pears, banana
1Blend together in a bowl. I usually use two if not three fruits. This makes a bowl full of delightful healthiness and very filling.
2I have not attempted melons in this combination. I have used dried fruits.
