Gluten- Free Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

1/2 c
raisins
1 1/2 c
boiling water
2 c
gluten free old fashioned oats
1/3 c
brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spices
1/4 tsp
salt
1 1/4 c
fat free milk
1 medium
apple..peeled and finely chopped
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1/4 c
chopped walnuts

Directions Step-By-Step

Place raisins in a small bowl.
Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile,in a large bowl,combine the oats,brown sugar,pie spice,and salt.
Stir in milk,apple and butter.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Drain raisins;stir into oat mixture.

Transfer to an 8" baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with walnuts.

Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
