Make pancakes according to directions with biscuit/pancake mix, eggs and milk, making sure not to overbeat once all ingredients incorporated.
Fold in blueberries, lemon zest and pecans carefully, to make sure not bursting berries.
Place on griddle/pan until bubbles on exterior start to disappear and flip. Serve promptly with butter and syrup.
