Low fat/Calorie..takes a lil bit but so worth it..its yummy and ALOT of food for breakfast

Ingredients

1 c
vanilla almond milk
1/2 small
gala apple chopped
1/2 c
old fashioned oats
1 c
water
1/4 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
cinnamon, ground
2 pkg
no calorie sweetener

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients in a non stick pot. Bring to boil and then reduce to simmer. Stir often until very thick. (10-12 minutes)
2Top with additional apples or berries. EAT
