I found this receipe one day when i was just searching for healthy receipes, and its also simple and good

1 slice
bread, whole wheat
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp
light butter spread (i can't believe it's not butter light)

Directions Step-By-Step

1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil; reduce heat to low.
2. Slowly crack egg into the pot of hot water to cook; meanwhile, toast bread as desired. Spread light butter on toast.
3. Once egg white is cooked and yoke can barely be seen, the egg is ready. Carefully scoop egg out and place it onto toast, then sprinkle just a bit of salt and pepper onto egg. Break open golden yolk and enjoy! Simple breakfast but delicious
