A tasty variation on scrambled eggs. We like this for luch, as we don't usually eat a big breakfast.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
unsalted butter
4 large
eggs
2 Tbsp
cream (or milk)
1/2 c
diced salami
1 c
shredded cheese (i used a mix of chedder and jack)
salt and pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
2Whisk eggs and cream in a bowl.
3When butter is melted, add eggs to pan and let cook without stirring for 1 minute. When edges start to firm, add salami and cheese and stir lightly until eggs are done to your liking. (I like mine soft and bit wet).
4Season with salt and pepper and serve with toast.
