Made this for breakfast this week because my Hubby isn't getting enough protein but he does like sweets.

Ingredients

1/2 c
low fat cream cheese (softened)
2 Tbsp
chopped pecans
1 Tbsp
maple syrup
3 medium
egg
1 tsp
cinnamon
2 Tbsp
low fat milk
4 slice
sara lee whole grain 45 calorie bread

Step-By-Step

1mix first three ingredience together. set aside
2mix eggs and cinnamon together well with low fat milk
3lay bread out spread cream cheese filling on bread cover with other slice of bread.
4spray sauté pan heat slightly add bread and cook slowly on both sides till lightly browned. serve,enjoy
