Ingredients

3 c
grated cheese(cheddar, caerphilly, double glouster anything that appeals)
6 c
fine bread crumbs(progresso or panko)
1 Tbsp
dry mustard(i use colman's)
salt and pepper
2 large
onions minced(you can use 1/2 onion and 1/2 chooped apple if you like)
2 tsp
herbs d' provence
3 large
eggs well beaten
flour to coat before frying
oil or lard for frying

Step-By-Step

1Mix up all of the ingredients except the eggs.

2Make a well and pour in the eggs. Mix well

3Form into small sausages. Coat in flour and fry i n oil until browned

4Served with mashed potatoes for authenticity or your favorite omelet
