1in a medium size flat bottom bowl beat the eggs, cream, salt together until homogeneous
2dip bread in batter until just covered and put on a 350'F greased griddle
3flip the bread over when underside is golden brown. Add fruit and press in a little
4I usually flip the toast back over when the underside is done for a little while to heat the fruit in the griddle. That can get a little messy depending on the fruit used but brings out the flavor usually.
