Healthy pizzeria omelet

I make this when I want an omelet, but a healthy one. Sometimes I add some fresh herbs like basil to it. Calories: 185
Fat: 11 grams. Carbs: 5.6 grmas.

Ingredients

1/2 c
egg beaters egg substitute
2 Tbsp
water
2 tsp
butter
2 Tbsp
pizza sauce
2 Tbsp
reduced-fat, shredded italian-style cheese

Step-By-Step

1In small bowl, whisk together egg beaters and water. Melt butter in small skillet over med-high.
2Add egg mix to skillet and stir gently. reduce heat to medium. Cook egg until set. Spoon pizza sauce and cheese down the center.
3Gently fold over egg to make omelet, cook 2 mins more.
