Ingredients

12 eggs
1 c milk
1 pkg (32oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb bacon, cooked, drained and cut into pieces
1 lb sausage, browned and drained
1/2 c green onions, diced
1 green pepper diced
3/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp dry mustard (she substitued johnny's seasoning salt)

susan's Notes:

A friend of mine made this a few weeks ago and brought me a couple pieces, it was wonderful..She made several single serving size conatiners and took this for breakfast just needing to be re warmed. This makes a great make ahead breakfast if your having company over.

 

Directions

Layer potatoes, bacon, onions, green pepper and cheese in crockpot in two or three layers.

Add layers

Beat the eggs, milk, and seasoning.

Pour over the whole mixture.

Cook on low 10-12 hours, until eggs are set and throughly cooked.

Susan I make some thing like this over an open fire And it is so good. It will not last very long.
