This recipe was one of my Godmother's recipes that she made when she had weekend company or on holidays. She gave me the recipe book Butter N love back in 1984 which was my first cookbook and she had Contributed this recipe.

This was nice to make when the boys were little I could prepare it the night before and get it in the oven quickly in the morning while getting them ready for daycare and they left the house with a hearty breakfast to ward of the crankies.
