this is a great one for those mornings you know your gonna be busy. Toss it in the crock pot the night before, wake up and eat! It is a Low cal but I tweaked it with a bit of butter .. because lets face it everything is better with butter :)
butter (optional omit for low cal)
brown sugar ( up to 1/2c if not worried about calories )
1 1/2 tsp
1 1/2 c
1DO NOT MIX!! layer in order.. place pats of butter in bottom of crock pot. Add sliced apples, Top with cinnamon, clove, ginger, nutmeg, salt. Optional step.. add raisins and nuts if you like .. Top with oats . Top with sugar. Pour milk and water over DO NOT MIX!!!
2turn crock pot on low and let cook overnight for 8-9 hours.. DONE ...enjoy!
