I will freeze even the smallest amounts of leftovers…and when I am in the mood to make something out of almost nothing, I’ll put this and that out of the freezer and then see what I have in the fridge.
This was today’s breakfast!
1 link hot italian sausage “ casing removed” brat size
2 tablespoons corn salsa " recipe posted on here"
½ minced onion
mixed peppers from brats meal the other day
1 medium potato from dinner a few nights ago “skin on cut into bite size pieces
about 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon heavy cream
2Add the salsa, onion, peppers, and the potato and cook till the sausage is thoroughly cooked through.
