Ingredients

6 c
frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
2 c
diced cooked ham
1/2 c
sliced green onions
8 large
eggs, beaten
2 can(s)
(12oz) each evaporated milk
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of a 13x9-inch
baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onions.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in baking dish.

Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until done.
