Banana Bread French Toast

With this recipe you get the Banana bread and french toast in one. sprinkle with powder sugar and warm syurp and slice banana's soooooo Good! enjoy with a cup of coffee, and your favorite breakfast meat.
You can also make blueberry bread french toast, strawberry bread, french toast.

1/2 c
organic butter, softened
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1 c
organic sugar cane
1/2 c
organic brown sugar
2 large
organic brown eggs
1 1/2 c
mashed ripe banana
1/2 c
sour cream
1 tsp
organic vanilla extract
2 c
organic ap flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
organic sea salt


8 large
organic brown eggs
1 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
freshly ground nutmeg


1For the Bread:
Mix together butter, oil, sugars and eggs.
Add mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla, stirring together well.

2Mix in flour, baking soda and salt, stirring until it is well blended.
Pour into 1 greased large loaf pan .

3Sprinkle additional brown sugar generously over top of batter, using your hand to gently pat some of it into the batter.

Bake at 325F degree: for about 1 hour.

4Allow bread to cool in pans for about 10 minutes, then run a sharp knife around the edges, tap the pan on the counter several times to release the bread from the bottom of the pan, then invert pan over a wire rack and let bread cool.

5While bread is cooling. Mix your 8 eggs and milk,vanilla in a large bowl. Beat until well blended.
Slice your bread about 1 inch slices, dip bread in egg mixture , coating both sides.

6Place on your preheat grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. place on your plate top with sliced banana, sprinkle with powder sugar and add warm syurp and enjoy!!!!!!
