I try to stay away from bread and this is seems to be a satisfactory substitute.

Ingredients

flax meal

egg whites

eggs
5 Tbsp
oil
2 Tbsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
1/2 c
water
3 pkg
stevia

Directions Step-By-Step

mix dry ingredients. Blend wet ingerdients. Add dry to wet, beat. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 350 for 30 minutes. If you'd rather have muffins bake for 10-15 minutes in greased muffin pans

Feel free to add flavorings and extracts to this basic recipe. Works best in a 9x5 loaf pan. If you only have the 8x4 pans, then make 6 muffins too
