This recipe comes from my mother she used to make it years ago it's so quick and easy, great for fresh quick bread. This is also very easy for new cooks, it's taste's more complicated than it is; your guests will think you've been baking all day and your house will smaell like it.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break the strawberries up with your hands while they are still in the unopened pouch. Combine bread mix, strawberries, egg, milk, and cinnamon. Until blended in a large bowl.
Bake 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool bread 10 minutes in the pan on a wire rack. Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
