Low Carb Banana Nut Bread

I love Banana Nut bread, but needing a low carb options, I was stuck. I tried some recipes and this is one that I came up with. Only 11 carbs a slice.

Ingredients

1 pkg
betty crocker super moist yellow cake
3 1/2 oz
banana creme jello pudding mix
1 c
eggbeaters
1 c
water
1/4 c
mott's unsweetened applesauce
1 c
ripe mashed bananas
1/2 c
walnut pieces

Step-By-Step

1Preheat over at 350 degrees.

2Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer. Add bananas and nuts, mix well. Pour into Muffin pans or Loaf pan, sprayed with pam.

3Cook for 40 minutes for loaf or Mini Loafs.
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes for muffins.

Makes 12 1/2 inch slices.
