This bread is really delicious and perfect for Christmas morning. I make this all year long also. Serve this warm with butter and a cup of your favorite coffee or tea, your comfy PJ's and a cozy place to sit and enjoy.

2
light handed dashes of cinnamon (optional)
1
light handed dash of nutmeg (optional)
1 Tbsp
unsalted butter, melted
1/4 c

Directions Step-By-Step

1
IN A MEDIUM BOWL, ADD THE BANANAS AND BREAK THEM UP WITH A FORK OR PARING KNIFE. ADD THE MELTED BUTTER, SUGAR AND THE EGG THEN WITH CAKE BEATER (electric hand mixer), BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
2
ADD THE VANILLA, FLOUR, BAKING SODA, SALT, CINNAMON AND NUTMEG. MIX WITH A SPOON UNTIL ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS ARE JUST BLENDED THEN WITH THE CAKE BEATER, BEAT AT HIGH SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH AND ALL INGREDIENTS ARE WELL BLENDED.
