Just Plain Old Rhubarb Bread

Have had this recipe for so many years I don't remember where I got it, make it every year always turns out great. You know you have an old recipe when the paper its wrote on is yellow and stained. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

3 c
brown sugar
1 1/2 c
crisco oil (i used coconut oil)
2 large
eggs
2 c
milk@4 tablespoons vinigar(mixed together)
2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
vanilla
5 c
flour
3 c
rhubarb (diced and blanched)
1 c
walnuts (chopped)

TOPPING

1 c
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
2 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Mix ingredients in order given pour into well greased and floured bread pans makes 2 loaves .Add topping .Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours
