Favorite Pumpkin Yeast Bread (Machine)

Warm bread out of the bread machine is one of my family's simple pleasures. I like to make this Pumpkin Yeast Bread on cold, rainy days. With butter spread on it's warm slices, my family couldn't be happier!

Ingredients

1/2 c
plus 2 tablespoons of water. (70 - 80 degrees)
1/2 c
canned pumpkin
1/4 c
soft butter or margarine
1/4 c
instant dry milk powder
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2
to 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg (your liking)
3/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
ground ginger
2 3/4 c
bread flour (i have also used all purpose flour)
1 pkg
active dry yeast

Directions Step-By-Step

Place in order of manufacturer's directions.
Choose crust color.
