Put the cut up biscuits in a plastic bag with the 2/3 cup sugar and the 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Shake until biscuit dough is evenly coated. Putting about 6 pieces in at a time to get good coverage. Put coated pieces into a bundt pan.
Melt butter and add remaining sugar and cinnamon and mix. Pour over biscuit pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from the bundt pan.
*NOTE* frozen bread dough can be substituted for the canned biscuit dough.
