Ciao Bella Cranberry Orange Bread

One of my favorites! Reminds me of the cranberry orange muffins you buy at the local coffee shops. But this one doesn't cost you an arm and a leg! LOL

When cranberries are in season I buy a bunch and freeze them right in the bags. When I need them I just thaw and chop.

I adjusted this recipe so you get a true orange flavor with the OJ and zest. And using oil instead of butter gives a moist consistency.

Enjoy!
