|1 c||plus 2 tablespoons of water (70 to 80 degrees)|
|1/3 c||shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1 1/2 tsp||garlic salt|
|1 1/2 tsp||dried oregano|
|3 1/4 c||bread flour (i usually use all purpose flour)|
|1 1/2 Tbsp||active dried yeast|
|2/3 c||chopped pepperoni|

This is my family's most requested bread that I make in my bread machine. It makes the house smell wonderful of home baked bread. I hope your family enjoys it as much as my family does.
Place first 7 ingredients in order of bread machine requirements. Choose medium crust color and loaf size.
Just before final kneading, add the pepperoni.
(Timer is not recommended in this recipe)
Yields 1 loaf
