Shelley's Notes:

This is my family's most requested bread that I make in my bread machine. It makes the house smell wonderful of home baked bread. I hope your family enjoys it as much as my family does.

Directions

1
Place first 7 ingredients in order of bread machine requirements. Choose medium crust color and loaf size.
2
Just before final kneading, add the pepperoni.
3

Shelley, I have the same issue as Julie Jeorge but I do have a stand up mixer with a needing hook. Will that do?

Oh no....how do I answer this one.....lol....I stink at baking....so any questions on baking bread, cakes, cookies, pies, you name it....I have no clue. I feel so bad that I can not answer that. I only made bread in that darn machine. And that's only because it does it for me. ha ha ha =D
But, my guess would be that you'd prepare the dough and then let it rise, punch it down, then let it rise again before baking.
But, do not....lol....I really mean DO NOT quote me on that. I am like Rachel Ray....I don't know diddly about baking. :(

Ha! I do have a question though. Is this a 1, 1.5 or 2 lb loaf? Yes mine machine asks :-)

hmmmmm....lol....I am not sure. I guess.....if it were me, I'd compromise....lol and use the 1.5 loaf. I'm at work....and things are a little slow here....lol....so I have JAP up on the computer checking recipes to pass the time. But, I think I'd use the 1.5....is that the option that determines the crust browning? By the loaf size? I know....every machine/manufacture is different. I really hope I helped.
