1 BOX OF JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX

4 EGGS, BEATEN

1 - 9 OZ. BOX FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI

1 STICK OF BUTTER / MARGARINE

8 OZ. COTTAGE CHEESE, SMALL CURDS

Step-By-Step

1PREPARE A 13 X 9 PAN WITH VEGETABLE SPRAY
2DEFROST BROCCOLI AND SQUEEZE OUT WATER
3MELT BUTTER / MARGARINE
4ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, MIX AND POUR INTO PREPARED PAN
5BAKE AT 350 DEGREES (ABOUT 30 MINS.) UNTIL DONE
6(FOR THICKER BREAD - USE A 8 X 8 PAN)
