Ingredients

2 slice	bread, any kind you like
1 slice	american cheese, again any kind you like.
1/8 c	olive oil, more or less
1 tsp	dipping sauce herbs. i use a tuscany blend, sundried tomato and basil

Directions

Preheat griddle to med high

mix the olive oil and herbs in a bowl and spread on 1 side of each slice.

put 1 bread oil side down, add 1 or 2 slices of cheese, top with remaining bread oil side up.

Grill to perfection.

option- use Pepperide Farms Texas Toast pregrill the insides slightly before putting together and grilling.

serving suggestion-Tomato Soup. ((dunk grilled cheese))
