- 2 slice
- bread, any kind you like
- 1 slice
- american cheese, again any kind you like.
- 1/8 c
- olive oil, more or less
- 1 tsp
- dipping sauce herbs. i use a tuscany blend, sundried tomato and basil
1Preheat griddle to med high
2mix the olive oil and herbs in a bowl and spread on 1 side of each slice.
3put 1 bread oil side down, add 1 or 2 slices of cheese, top with remaining bread oil side up.
Grill to perfection.
4option- use Pepperide Farms Texas Toast pregrill the insides slightly before putting together and grilling.
serving suggestion-Tomato Soup. ((dunk grilled cheese))
