Divide into 6 balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size.Brush with egg white. Bake a 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool,then cut top 1/4 off the bread. carefully hollow out and fill with your favorite dis, chowders, stew or chili.
