Pumpkin Nut Bread

Ingredients

3 1/2 c
plain flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
nutmeg
3 c
sugar
1 c
chopped pecans
4
eggs
1 1/2 c
pumpkin
1 c
veg. oil
2/3 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients together just til moistened. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans or you can make muffins.
2Loaf pans - bake at 325 for 70 minutes. Muffin pans-bake for 15 minutes then check
3let cool for 10 minutes in pan. After dumping onto alum. foil, coat bottom of bread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Can freeze. Keep tightly covered.
