Combine 3 1/2 cups of flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda, heat milk and water until very warm, 120 degrees. Stir into dry ingredients, stir in remaining flour tomake stiff batter. Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1.2 bread pans. Sprinkle all sides with cornmeal and spoon batter into pan. cover andlet rise inwarm, draft free place until doubled in in size. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or unitl done.
