This recipe has been in my family for years. It is a quick, easy & delicious crust for pizza.

Ingredients

1 pkg
active dry yeast
1 c
warm water
1 tsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
2 1/2 c
gold metal flour

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven: 425 degrees

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining dough ingredients; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Allow dough to rest (about 5 minutes).

Divide dough ingredients in half on lightly greased baking sheet. Top with sauce & pizza toppings.

Bake: 20-25 minutes

Yield: Two 10 inch pizzas
