Combine ingredients - adding enough of the water to form a stiff dough. On a wet cuttin board smooth out 1/2 of the dough until about 1/4" thick. Using a wet knife - cut into small pieces nd drop onto a kettle of boiling salted water. Bring the water back to a boil and boil the noodles for about 5 min. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain. Repeat with the remaining dough.
I use these in homemade veg. beef soup. You can cut the recipe in half and cook right on top of the soup.
