Ingredients

1 c
cornmeal
2 Tbsp
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
sugar
3/4 c
buttermilk
1 c
cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c
cream style corn
3
jalapeno peppers, chopped and drained
2 c
cooked ground beef

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients. Pour into hot greased black skillet. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
