This is a very moist cornbread.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream corn
8 oz
sour cream
pinch
pinch of salt
1 1/4 c
self-rising corn meal
1/4 c
self rising flour
3
eggs
1/3 c
oil
jalapeno peppers to taste
1 c
greated chadder cheese
1 c
butter milk

Step-By-Step

1mix all ingredients together.(seed and chop peppers)(if batter is thick add water to thin batter to a cornbread consistency)Bake at 375 for 30-35 min./until golden brown.you can half this recipe for a smaller pan.
