Ingredients

2 1/2 c
ap flour
1/4 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
grated orange peel
1/2 c
cold butter, cut into chucks
3/4 c
buttermilk
1 large
brown organic egg
1 c
frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp
organic turbinado cane sugar

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degree.
In food processor pulse flour, sugar, baking powder
orange peel and salt to blend.
2Scape into large bowl.
In small bowl whisk buttermilk, egg to blend.
add liquids to flour mixture. and stir with a fork untill evenly moistened. will look crumbly
3Scrape dough onto lightly flour surface with flour hands work in frozen blueberries.
work dough into a ball, pat int a 7" round circle.
sprinkle Turinado sugar to top.
4Cut dough into eight wedges place on baking sheet about 2" apart. Bake for 20-25 minutes. serve with butter. Enjoy
