Ingredients
| 1 1/2 c | all purpose flour, sifted |
| 1 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 2/3 c | chocolate chips |
| 2 c | chopped nuts |
| 1 c | dates, finely snipped |
| 1 c | red cherries, quartered |
| 3 | eggs |
| 1 c | sugar |

Directions
In large bowl: sift flour with baking powder & salt.
Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, dates & cherries until are all well coated.In medium bowl: beat eggs well; gradually beat in sugar.
Fold into the flour mixture.Line the bottom of a loaf pan with wax paper & grease the sides well.
Pour mixture in pan & smooth outBake: 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
