BANANA WALNUT CAKE BREAD w/ the CROCKPOT

|1/2 c||butter or margarine|
|1/2 to 1 c||sugar|
|2 c||very ripe bananas mashed.....i used my whole frozen ones|
|3 Tbsp||water or milk|
|1 tsp||baking soda|
|1/2 to 3/4 c||chopped walnuts|

DirectionsHeat crock pot to high.
Peel the frozen bananas or
the very ripe ones. MASH.In a large bowl, cream together the
softened butter and sugar until fluffy.To the above bowl beat
in the eggs one at a time.
Add the water and the mashed bananas.
Throughly mix in the baking soda and flour.Pour batter into the (RIVAL) greased and flowered pan,
"Bread n Cake Baker", and cover and lock on.
Put the cover on the crockpot
and bake on high 2-3 hours.Lift the bread out of the crock pot
by the black knob, then remove the lid.
Put on a rack 1-15 minutes.Turn pot up side down on a wire rack to cool.
Cut and enjoy.
I like it with a little cream cheese..
strawberries and ....maybe a dollop of whipped cream!!!
