all purpose flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water(105 degrees-115 degrees).Add salt and flour.
Cover with cloth and let rise 15 minutes.
Divide dough into 16 parts.
Roll each piece into narrow rolls and shape into a pretzel.
Mix 1/2 cup water and 2 teaspoon soda.
Dip each pretzel into soda solution and sprinkle with salt.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes till golden brown.
