Ingredients

1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
sugar ( any kind)
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
raisins
1/2 c
applesauce
1
egg
1/2 stick
butter, melted
1/4 c
milk
1 c
cooked steel oats

Step-By-Step

1in a saucepan bring water to a boil, add in the steel oats, turn off heat and stir until well combined...set aside

2in one bowl combine the first 6 ingredients...(dry)

3in another bowl combine the last 5 ingredients ( wet)

4add the wet mixture to the dry and stir well

5makes 12 muffins...bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins...do the toothpick test, if it comes out clean they are done...take out and let cool...ENJOY
