Great tasting with a crumb topping.
Very good for breakfast with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.

1 1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
salt
1 large
egg
1/2 c
fat free milk
1/4 c
canola oil
1 c
chopped,peeled apples
1/4 c
raisins

CRUMB TOPPINGS

2 Tbsp
flour
2 Tbsp
quick cooking oats
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 Tbsp
cold butter or stick margarine

Directions Step-By-Step

In a bowl,combine the 1st 5 ingredients.
Combine next 3 ingredients.
Stir into dry ingredients,just until moistened.
Fold in apples and raisins.

Coat muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray,or use paper liners.
Fill 2/3 full.

FOR TOPPING:
In a bowl,combine the flours,oats,& brown sugar;cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over batter.

Bake 375 in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes..Remove to a wire rack.
Serve Warm (good at room temp. too.)
