LOW-FAT BANANA BRAN FLAKE MUFFINS

bran flakes cereal
1/2 to 3/4
walnuts or pecans (optional)
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, bran flakes and nuts together.
Add beaten eggs to mashed bananas, then add these to flour mixture.
Line 12-count muffin tin with cupcake/muffin papers. Pour batter into muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
