Heat oven to 375. Spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray, to prevent sticking. In bowl, mash bananas. Add splenda and egg beaters.
Add in applesauce. Mix in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter 2/3-full into muffin cups.
Bake 18-20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
