2 Loaves or 4 mini loafs
Our Grandma, Alvina Brown, always made the best moist banana bread in the country. It is one of the family's all time favorite, and will be passed down generation to generation. (Already down 5 generations to my grandchildren!)
ripe bananas, mashed
SIFT THE FOLLOWING DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER:
1Preheat oven @ 350. Grease and flour (2) 4x8 loaf pans. Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl; mix well.
3Add all dry ingredients to wet Ingredients; blend only until mixed well.
Pour (evenly divided) into both prepared loaf pans.
